Position: Sales Manager, SHA

Report To: Sales Director
- Acquisition of new customers, strengthen closer relationship with existing customer.
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support.
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs.
- Support marketing activities and market communication.
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company.
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Good understanding of the local ESS market.
- 3-5 years Recent and successful B2B sales experience in international ESS/Battery industry.
- Experience in working for global companies, international mindset.
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills.
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis.
- Proficient in English
Position: Sales Support
Located: SHA
Report To: Sales Support Supervisor
-Follow up and assist to the business internal process.
-Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and ensure emphasis is on customer care and support.
-Maintain sales and customer records/ summary/ statement, raise invoices.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
-A background in sales or operations administration is highly desirable.
-Sound PC skills (particularly MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
CRM expertise.
-solid administration skills in written and verbal.
-A proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
-Strong attention to details.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Full working rights.
-Proficient in English.
